What/who inspires you? Why?
What was the moment that you realized this profession was for you?
“I’m still waiting to find out what I want to be when I grow up. But I realized that a leadership career was for me when I was in college, and I was part of a very high-energy group of overachievers, and I was a big part of the team’s success. I was able to lead a team of people and work together to achieve our goals. I found that I enjoyed the challenge of leading a team and working together to accomplish something. From that point on, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in leadership and support others to do great things. People and learning inspire me because of the potential they have, to make a positive impact on the world. People have the capacity to create, innovate, and solve problems, and learning is the key to unlocking that potential. Learning gives us the knowledge and skills to make a difference in our lives and the lives of others. It helps us to understand the world around us and to develop our own unique perspectives. Learning also helps us to become more compassionate and understanding of others, which is essential for creating.”
