What are you most looking forward to this service year?

I am most looking forward to learning from the amazing people of Heartland Health Centers about wellness and community health. I am also excited to explore Lincoln Square and Albany Park!

What are your plans after AmeriCorps service?

I hope to one day go on to medical school and become a physician. I'm not yet sure which specific field I hope to end up in, but I know I will aim to keep cultural humility and good, active listening at the forefront of what I do!

I'm interested in learning about...

I am interested in learning more about community health, mental health, health disparities, and women's health. I also hope to explore what the terms "wellness" and "good health" mean and look like in today's world.
