Harper’s Heart was founded in August of 2018 by Giovanna A. Andrews in an effort to improve the services given to mothers in need.
Harper's Heart's mission is to create a loving, safe environment for mothers and mothers-to-be, where they can gain access to essentials for their children. Harper’s Heart works with mothers and their children, age 0-24 months old, providing them with life skills, economic empowerment, and access to the essentials, resources, and education they need until they are equally capable, as a result of the real time education and relationships that Harper’s Heart fosters.
In our three years of operations, Harper’s Heart has given away over $300,000 in needed items to mothers in the Wilmington, DE area at no cost. Our motto is “Where Service Meets Love” and we pride ourselves on excellent client care.
