Where are you from?

I was born and raised in Fremont (Woo Bay Area!).

Why did you decide to join NHC?

From my firsthand experiences with several factors that prevent people from accessing healthcare, I wanted to join NHC to understand health initiatives better and allow me to serve alongside community members as a companion.

What are you hoping to gain or learn during your service term?

There are multiple skills that I hope to gain with NHC, such as developing my abilities in community outreach and health education. I also would love to gain more experience working collaboratively and communicating with patients.

What are you most looking forward to during your service term?

I am thrilled about the opportunity to help others by effectively educating and holistically empowering patients to reach their health goals. I am dedicated to serving as a voice for my patients by overcoming barriers to high-quality healthcare.
