Why did you decide to join NHC?

I decided to join NHC to gain a different perspective on public health beyond the scope of research. Upon completing a master’s thesis on school-based health education programs, I sought out the opportunity to get involved within one in the pursuit of hands-on experience of working with a team to deliver health education to students. Additionally, NHC stood out to me as a wonderful opportunity to connect and build meaningful relationships with the community that I would be serving and living alongside.
